In July came KDE 4.1, and although progress was obvious, it was still a beta version. Continuing in this way, KDE 4.2 (expected for March 2009) should correspond to what would be considered a Release Candidate version, and KDE 4.3 would result in the first really stable version that we all expect. Then, KDE 4.4 is finally as stable and usable as it is now KDE 3.5.
