In these days sees a light project in open source relating to safety and the Privacy Code, to which I have worked with pleasure for some system for Gnu / Linux.

The released versions, all based on Ubuntu, for now are three: SecurPC Open, downloadable from the site, and versions SecurPC Professional and Business SecurPC reserved for independent professionals and managers, or a private individual.

Designed by a lawyer for adapting to the Privacy Code professionals, companies and institutions, contains two complete suite of programs dedicated to information security and privacy of your computer.
Open SecurPC contains all the necessary programs and a number of suite of programs for office, multimedia, graphics and Internet browsing.

SecurPC Open is updated with codecs, Open Office, VLC (multimedia), Wicd (connection manager), Compiz - Fusion, Gnome 2.22, Avant Window Navigator, and of course has excellent hardware recognition. It 'certainly a good solution for PC security. The desktop also contains screenlets for a graphics evolved.

It can be proven in live (part from cd without installation) and is absolutely free for business use and / or training.
