Debian 4.0 r5 - another updated stable version
Was released, another five have already updated the stable branch of Debian 4.0, also known under the code name Etch.
The latest update, Debian 4.0 r5 is introducing a system of multiple security, including several major. It is important to remember that this is not a new version of this distribution, but only to update some of the packages. In this release, including the modification given System components such as apache2 and apache2-mpm-NBA, blosxom, dist, fai-kernels, feta cheese, git-core, goby, irqbalance, jumpnbump, libpam-pwdfile, linux-2.6, MySpell, net6, obby, postgresql-8.1, sobby, lose, tzdata, user-mode-linux and wdiff.
As far as updating security modifications have been subjected to, inter alia, GNU IceCat packages, ruby1.8 and 19, python-dns and python2.5, icedove, libxslt, HTTrack, pdns postfix, libxml2, tiff, WordNet, openssh, twiki phpmyadmin, mplayer and lighttpd.
