Ultramix DJ software: a powerful cross-platform option

If you prefer your music and you want to make DJ mixes style to entertain the next LAN party or reunion of friends, this one option that meets my needs in many ways and I believe that love can be complete, aesthetically graceful, with version free, multiplatform, and also serves both novices and professionals.
Although we had previously shared Miguel reference Ots Turntables and Zulu Dj, leaving your server both disappointed now - certainly not to say that a just criticism and does not provide - I bring you my opinion on a 3 softwares I have tried in recent weeks and as I said, fulfills much what I was looking for: DJ Software Ultramix.
Ultramix is a DJ software for mixing music in real time (no editing) that allows you to:
- synchronization of songs (both with crossfader, fading autodj programmable) for Dualdeck (two channels) which are available
- create two separate playlists (one for each channel)
- Equalization of the extensive audio and parameters thereof
a base of 16 to incorporate the audio samples that are playing,
skins or covers to choose from (depending on the characteristics of your monitor). - Unlimited free demo version (on record). The downside is that if one is not recorded, can only be using the software for a period of time, so it is advantageous to register and obtain the corresponding key.
And in terms of technical issues:
A moderate memory consumption (considering the kind of consumption that generate this type of application). Requires Java 1.5 (JRE) or higher. Processor: Intel Pentium III (1GHz +) / AMD 1GHz +, at least 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended) and, optionally, a sound card, multi-channel.
Anything of real value of this proposal is that, despite being a product demo, chances are very comprehensive allowing for both novice users to professionals and, above all, with versions for Windows, Mac and Linux, which few companies dedicated to software development are concerned about this generation: multi-platform options.
